Burning fat and building muscle simultaneously? The short answer is YES.
Now hold up, before anyone here attacks me understand that this concept has been up for debate for ages. Many will argue that in order to build muscle one must consume more calories than they burn and for fat burning one needs to consume fewer calories than their body needs.
This sounds like as if it was truly black or white, you eat less to burn fat but you cannot build muscle and vice versa with eating more calories; however, contrary to the belief this isn’t that black and white.
You can absolutely build muscle and burn fat at the same time and I’ll explain why in the next lecture.
