Women and Weight Lifting= GOOD!
Ladies, weight lifting does WONDERS for your body!
Women do not have sufficient amounts of testosterone to be able to create the boxy look women do not desire. For women to look like men, they literally need to be on drugs for that! The curvy look many women want to have are created through muscle building since that’s how the female anatomy works for them!
It is my personal philosophy that everyone needs to lift weights. This applies to women, men, children, adolescents and the elderly too. Weight lifting builds muscle of course but it has also been found to reduce and prevent loss of muscle as people get older. Women in particular never need to worry about "being bulky" or looking like a man in their fitness journey. This is why women are sometimes found just walking or jogging on the treadmill instead of lifting weights which is better than sitting on the couch of course but never truly strengthen their cardiovascular system or build the desired curvy look.
Curves are built with weights.
Exercises such as the Back Squat, Bench Press, Deadlift, Barbell Row and other compound movements are fantastic for curvy gains!
