Why Most Workout Plans Don't Work
This is quite possibly going to ruffle some feathers but most of the workout plans you've come across are complete BS. Now let me explain why real quick.
Most workout plans found out on the web fall under two realms. There are fad diets, which promise extremely quick results like "lose 10 lbs in 3 days" and single-ingredient meal plans which are absolutely horrendous for one's health. I've heard it all there was one with mangoes only, another with carrots only, grapefruit, cabbage soup, crackers and the list goes on.
These programs are very quick which aren't too likely to injure, hospitalize or kill someone but some people have had a lot of weight burned off. Sounds great right? Well about 90 percent of participants in those fad diet plans gained all their weight back and then some. Why that happened, I'll explain through basic psychology and going over why a healthy relationship with food is necessary in the next lecture but for now I will explain that there are other effective workout plans.
There are other workout plans that can be found that are effective with of course this program being amazing as well. Unfortunately, many other workout plans are outdated using old techniques that aren't are effective like the exercises that are found in this program. This program is revolutionary through using research found in recent years unlike many other plans using research found as late as the 1980s. That was about 30 years ago. This program is the most up-to-date workout plan ever created and will be continued to be so for a long time.
