Supplements aren’t necessary.
Supplements are expensive and the majority of them aren’t needed. If there were three I had to choose for this program that have been found to be beneficial, it would be a pre workout, creatine monohydrate and protein powder. Protein powder will not build muscle on its own. Along with any other supplements. Protein powder is just convenient and adds to your protein intake per day. And last thing, there is no such thing as the anabolic window. Don’t worry about ingesting protein immediately after a workout.
