Before the Gym
This is before heading to the gym to crush the weights
You’ve probably been too impatient to read about me and the critical information about this program that you’d want to jump ahead. I admire your strong interest to become healthy and physically fit but we are here to work smart and not hard! Before hitting the gym, try to get in the zone.
Remind yourself why you are doing this. Why do you need to lose weight? Why are you going to the gym for the first time if you’re a beginner? Are you preparing for an event? Are you doing this for yourself? What is your why?
After leaving the days work behind you, you can now just focus on yourself. Being in the gym is for the sole purpose of working out for yourself. Your happiness with your image and who you are and what you’re worth is what matters the most. Now that that is all said, let’s take your pre workout shake.
If you don’t have a pre workout supplement, that is okay because a cup of coffee with do for now. My favorite pre workouts are Pre-Kaged, Pre JYM, C4 Ultimate and for those who need a cheapie the cheapest one is Amino Energy.
